A database is an online collection of many different types of information. Such information could be newspapers, journal articles, Ebooks, pictures, and much more. Our databases can be found in the Databases A-Z, accessed from the top menu of MetSearch library website. Individual databases often look at one subject which might be relevant to your degree. DOI stands for Digital Object Identifier, which is a unique string of numbers, letters and symbols assigned to a digital article or document.
