This month we are all invited to join in the celebration of this year’s Black History Month.

The theme this year is Reclaiming Narratives and marks a significant shift towards recognising and correcting the narratives of Black history and culture. The aim is to shine a brighter light on stories, allegories, and histories that underscore a commitment to correcting historical inaccuracies and showcasing the untold success stories and the full complexity of Black heritage.

Explore your Cardiff Met Library’s wealth of resources via MetSearch, come and browse our Black History Month book displays at Llandaff and Cyncoed Library or check out our Anti-Racist Reading List and the Black History Month 2024 playlists on Box of Broadcasts.
